Traded to the Toronto Rock in exchange for Brock Sorensen, Alec Tulett and the Rock’s 2022 1st Round Pick in the NLL Draft on July 6, 2020.

Career

NLL: Originally selected by the Calgary Roughnecks in the 2nd round, 13th overall in the 2015 NLL Draft… Traded to the Buffalo Bandits in exchange for Brandon Goodwin on December 28, 2015… Made NLL debut on January 16, 2016 at Colorado… Scored first NLL goal on March 5, 2016 at Vancouver… Topped the 100 loose ball mark in three of his first four seasons, the one in which he didn’t, he recorded 98… With 86 loose balls in 11 games in 2020, he was on pace to sail past the 100 loose ball mark once again… Named the NLL’s Defensive Player of the Year and 1st Team All-League selection in his first season in Toronto in 2021-22… Runner-up for NLL Defensive Player of the Year in 2023-24 and All-League First Team selection.

NCAA – Drexel: Redshirted in 2011… Played first three seasons at Attack and his final year at Midfield at Drexel from 2012-2015… Scored a career-high 7 goals in his senior year.

Junior: Played for both the Whitby Jr. A Warriors and Jr. B Green Gaels during his junior lacrosse career from 2009 to 2013… Won the Minto Cup Canadian Jr. A Championship in 2011 and 2013 with Whitby.

Away from the game, de Snoo studied at the University of Toronto where he earned a master’s degree in laboratory medicine and pathobiology having done research into genetic inheritable forms of Parkinson’s disease. Currently, he is pursuing a medical degree at U of T.
